1. Conditions for Return and Exchange

  • Products must be intact: Products must be unused, with intact stamps, labels and packaging as when received.
  • Product with technical defect: Product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping.
  • Return period: You must notify the return request within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
  • Purchase invoice: You need to provide the invoice or purchase receipt when making a return.

2. Return Procedure

  • Step 1: Please contact our customer service department to notify us of your return request.
  • Step 2: Send the product to be returned to the address along with the purchase invoice and accompanying accessories (if any).
  • Step 3: After receiving the product, we will check and notify the return result within 3 working days.
  • Step 4: If the return request is accepted, we will send a new product or refund (depending on your request) within 7 working days.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Technical fault or damage: We will cover all return shipping costs.
  • Other reasons: You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item if the reason for the return is not due to technical errors or damage on our part.

4. Note

  • We do not accept returns for products that have been used, have no tags, labels, invoices, or do not meet the return conditions.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return request if we find that the product does not meet the above conditions.
